Signals not matching up in Data Acq and Data Analysis in Openlab CDS

So I uploaded our methods from Openlab Ezchrom to our new system Openlab CDS. All seemed to go smoothly with transition with the acquisition side of the program. When I am running a sample, it says the online signal is front signal (acq side). However, when I open the run in data analysis side of the program, it says "compound identification:  compound cannot be found because "front signal" does not exist. On the navigation panel, for signals it says "FID1A". Why don't the two signals match? Because I imported from ezchrom, I am not sure how to change online signals in acq program.
