Please provide us with the software product that you are using (OpenLab CDS, OpenLab ChemStation, OpenLab EZChrom, etc...) as well as the software revision. Both of those pieces of information can be found either by going to Help>About or File>About.
Also, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you are describing?
