We use Linux stations here and I wonder if there is possible to install SureCall under Linux somehow. Any tips would be appreciated.
Currently, SureCall software is not compatible with Linux OS. SureCall is currently supported on Windows/Mac only. In case if the customer wants to use the software they can use the Java-based command-line tool (AGeNT) for the trimming and de-duping the data on their Linux machine. Please note that this tool can only be used for the trimming and de-duping (deduplication) only and does not have an end to end integrated workflow capacity like SureCall. This tool does not have features like variants calling, Aligning the data, etc. Please use the below link to download the AGENT tool which can be run using the command line: https://www.agilent.com/en/download-agent-tool?productURL=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.agilent.com%2Fen%2Fproduct%2Fnext-generation-sequencing%2Fhybridization-based-next-generation-sequencing-ngs%2Fngs-software%2Fagent-232879
You can find the AGeNT tool manual at the following link: https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/software/public/AGeNT%20ReadMe.pdf
