My FID flame lights for 2 min and the hydrogen and air flows fluctuates afterwards leading to quenching of the flame. Any ideas please ?

I updated the tags for visibility. Can you let us know the supply pressure of both gases to the back of the GC? Also a model number of the instrument would help with the community to make suggestions.

Use a flow meter to test that the expected flows are being delivered. Also, be sure that you have traps on your gases to make sure that no moisture is getting into the gas streams for the FID.
Air was at 100 psi and Hydrogen was at 60 psi

The flame is fine now. However, I wanted to find out the procedure specifying the no norm% report because though I have ticked it in the 'specify report' section, only some gases are reported in the final report. Any help with this
That's good news.
To get the final report in norm%, go to Data Analysis>Report>Specify Report than from Quantitation settings chose Norm%
