Agilent Auto sampler cooling system is leaking. How to fix it?
Thank you for answering this issue.
Have a nice day
To me this sounds like normal operation of the thermostat. You should install a waste bottle for the condensate. Then lead the condensate drain tube into the bottle. Cut the drain tube so that it does not kink or sit at the bottom of the condensate waste bottle. I have seen it before where there was a vacuum created and then the condensate did not drain and flooded the module so be careful. Here is a picture from an old manual.
Could we get some more information on what cooling system you have and where it is leaking? The G1330A/B will drain condensate generated from the front of the module (this is normal operation and not a leak). The Sample Cooler or Sample Thermostat which are installed with the G7129ABC Vialsampler or G7167AB Multisampler will drain the condensate out of the back of the module (this is normal operation and not a leak).
Hello Mr. Bush
Thank you for answering my question.
The cooling system unit is G1330B. The drain of this module was a lot. I thought was condensation too. I have to use paper towels by the hose for the entire run to dry this leak.
