My question related to finding resolution of two peak in OpenLAB CDS EZChrome version A.04.08- Can you elaborate the step for resolution in hplc
I branched this off as a new question since it did not really relate to post you had previously commented on.
Would you mind elaborating a little on what exactly you need help with? What type of peak resolution (USP, EP, etc...) do you want to calculate? Do you want to report this value on an Intelligent Report or on a classic report?
For Finding Resolution in Openlab Ezchrome, define the Peak names and R.T in the Peaks and Group Table. In Resolution Column enter the Reference I.D of the Peak against which you want to calculate resolution for all other peaks.
E.g. if your peak Reference I.D is 1, then for all other peaks, the resolution I.D will be 1.
Save the Method and analyze the data.
To check the values, Right click on chromatogram and in Annotations, Move Resolution to right column and click on apply.
In Report Template, right click on table and go to report properties and move Resolution column to right side and save template.
