The report layout / intelligent reporting is not working. The report will not open. I closed chemstation and it worked, but the error keeps coming back.
What revision of OpenLab CDS ChemStation are you using? You can check this by going to Help>About.
Is this error occurring on all instruments or just one instrument? If it is just one instrument then I would suspect that there is an issue with the instrument configuration. An easy way to test this would be to create a new instrument in the OpenLab Control panel and configure it for the same instrument hardware as the instrument you are getting this error for. Then see if the error is reproducible in the new instrument's ChemStation sessions.
