Are you logged on to the PC as an administrator?
Did you install the software before connecting the PC to the instrument?
This would be a new installation. Although this tool has been utilized by another user in my organization about 1yr ago.

Version 3.2.1 is not supported on Windows 10.
You will need to upgrade to version A.01.05 to install this software on Windows 10.
Otherwise, you will need to install the software you have on a supported operating system.
Where can I download A.01.05 from?
