This error message is indicating that either the sequence file that ChemStation is attempting to load at startup is not present in the configured sequence path or that the configured sequence path is no longer valid. Has anybody in your lab recently rearranged/moved any ChemStation folders on this PC or maybe deleted some files to clean up your system? If so then it was probably that action that caused this error message and the error should be resolved by putting things back how they were.
If that is not the case or if it is not possible to return things to how they were, then this will require manual edits to be made to the C:\Windows\chemstation.ini file. Before doing anything with this file it is recommended to make a backup copy. Once you've backed it up, you can open the chemstation.ini file in notepad and review its contents. In the section of the file that begins with the line [PCS,1] there should be a line that begins with _ConfigSeqPath$=. Verify that the path listed in this line is still valid and, if not, you can edit the path to correct it. Once you save the chemstation.ini file with that change then you should hopefully be able to launch ChemStation successfully unless other lines in the chemstation.ini are also no longer valid.
NOTE: I am going to reiterate that it is highly recommended to backup the current chemstation.ini file (located at C:\Windows) before making any changes/edits.
Hopefully this helps.

Check in Windows Explorer and verify that C:\Chem32\1\Sequence\ is still a valid path. This means navigate to that path and make sure that someone did not delete or move the Sequence folder.
Last week i creat a new folder on the place c:/1/chemstation/sequence and i
put the new data file on this folder so can i remove this new file? and
then what is next
I am not quite understanding your description. So did you add a subfolder under the C:\chem32\1\sequence folder? Or did you move the contents of that folder to this new C:\1\chemstation\sequence path that you are referring to?
In the begning here is a sub folder on c:/1/chemstation/ seqence i never
remove this folder but last time i creat another new folder under
c:/1/chemstarion/new seqence and i put the data file there which is the new
sub folder so can i remove this new folder now?
if i remove the new created sub file is the problem solved or what is next?
I am still not quite sure how your system is currently setup. The path you found in the chemstation.ini is pointing to C:\Chem32\1\Sequence while the path that you are referrring to is C:\1\chemstation\sequence. There is a definitely mismatch here. If there is no C:\Chem32\1\Sequence folder present on your system then this would explain the error you are getting. You could try changing the path in the chemstation.ini file to C:\1\chemstation\sequence to see if that resolves the issue (after first backing up the chemstation.ini file).
As for the subfolder (or file) you are referring to, I would really require more information and it might be in your best interests to engage your local Agilent Support for more in depth assistance: Contact Us | Agilent
sorry may be i made a mistake now when i wrote text here but there is no

But am talking about the c file there is previously exist file in c folder

After u tell me the procedure on chemstation.ins when i check it i got the
