I apologize for the delayed response. I am attaching a document that gives a basic example of setting up compound groups, which was introduced in Quant B.07.01, and using compound math to make an aggregate compound.
There is also a video available as part of the quant supplemental information called Compound Math – Aggregate peaks that goes over this topic.

Now its working, and the major issue with me, how to assign Mass and RT, so now its clear we need to assign a bogus mass and retention time.
Please need your advice, when I select the concentration or response Ratio in compound math setup, after quantification, the value in final concentration show NaN, And when I select the average/sum of concentration or responce than its working perfectly.
So please advice how to get the concentration Ratio results.
For Response Ratio and Concentration Ratio, “_N” or “_D” need to be appended to the compound group name to indicate numerator and denominator . The aggregate compound would simply have no suffix, like this
