Agilent Open Lab A01.05
Internal user has been locked out due to unsuccessful login attempts and is the only user.After a week the account still reports as locked. Is there anyway around this without performing a software reinstall?
Yes, it is possible to reset the password on an internal OpenLab account. You will need to contact your local Agilent support (Contact Us | Agilent) and they can walk you through the steps as it requires that you fill out a consent form.
Once your regain access, I recommend that you set up a second administrator account you can use in this type of event.
