Overlapping Peak integration in MassHunter Quant

Hi there,

I have the following problem: When my peaks of a MRM method get integrated in the QuantSoftware it sometimes results in edges within a peak (see attached picture). I already figured out why this is so best explained in an example: I want to measure compund A and compound B; both have the same mass transition. Compound A elutes at 4.1 and Compound B at 4.6; RT window is +/-0.5. First compound A gets measured with no problems so I get a normal peak but then, at timepoint 4.1 compound B gets measured as well with the same mass transition and thats why I get this edge at exactly that time point. Because I have two compounds with the same mass transition at this time point. Of course I could just narrow down the RT window to cirumvent this problem but I don't like this solution and sometimes it even is not possible. And interestingly when I look at my peaks in the Qual software I don't see this problem. So I guess it's some "error" done by the Quant software.

Anyone a solution without changing the RT window? Thanks in advance.
