How to set it up on my GC?
The Error is: EPC Config ID Mismatch
Agilent doesn't support any refurbishment of the EPC modules and we do not have a program for this. I suspect you may have a defective module or a module that was rebuilt using parts from another type of GC. The only suggestion I would have at this point is to remove from the configuration and add it back in.
Thanks. I can’t open the link you provided after 6th step.

Its not a link, its just a graphic that I captured from my documentation. The steps will allow you to add or remove a module, if that doesnt work, then the module is most likely defective.

Thanks again. Actually, at first we had "EPC or detector error” and we tried to clean the detector but with no change. Once the GC says “Ignite, ignite” the error pops out. We tried second module (the refurbished) and at first we were receiving error: "EPC Config ID Mismatch”. After your instructions we got rid of “Mismatch” error and got back first error “EPC or detector error” and we are in square one. So it seems that the problem could be with detector. Any suggestions?
