A short question concerning the diverter valve of our preparative fraction collector. We exchanged the tubing to an analytical one because we needed lower delay volumes. That worked without problems but if we now want to collect for example 1mL we just get around 750uL in our collection tube. We realized that the rest of it goes to waste. So we guess, that the diverter valve of the preparative fraction collector can't handle the analytical tubing, could that be right? Maybe because of higher pressure?
And also, could we solve this problem by exchanging the diverter Valve as well?
Thanks in advance,
