    ERROR: ACAML FILE

      In the OpenLab CDS software, Sample set (sequence) was aborted automatically while running. Error is showing as “Unable to create acaml file: One or more errors occurred”. Some of the acquired chromatogram data files are also not showing in the software. Analysis is performing on Agilent Infinity II 1260 model HPLC instrument.

      Is any have faced the same error?

      Is the missing data can be retrieved?

      What are the remedial actions to be taken?

          Hello,

           

          This behavior has been seen before on other systems. It is usually associated with user workflows involving snapshots, reviewing completed injections of a running sequence, or editing a running sequence. A lot of these problems have since been addressed in updates. What revision or OpenLab CDS are you using?

           

          These types of incomplete result sets can be repaired by Agilent support. It looks like this is a client/server system so you can open a Lab Informatics ticket at Agilent Technologies Laboratory Informatics Support Center to have the result set repaired.
