OpenLab CDS ChemStation uses the NIST MS Search program to perform library searching. This means that within the ChemStation application there is no way to create a MS spectral library similar to how you can create a UV spectral library from 3D UV data. You should be able to create a custom library within the NIST MS Search program, but since Agilent does not support the NIST MS Search program I would recommend that you contact NIST for assistance with this.

Thank you very much for the answer. However, I do not have the NIST MS Search software on my computer as it is a LC-MS hardware.
So, now I know I cannot create a library with OpenLab Chemstation.
