I moved this post to the Software technical area where I think it is more appropriate.
The answer to your question can be found in the following document: Display problem of multiplier and dilution factor on intelligent report
Even though the document states that it is for OpenLab ChemStation, it also applies to intelligent reporting in OpenLab CDS 2.x.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
can anyone please try to open it, to verify if its only down from my connection ?
My apologies mr.white. It appears that the area where the article I linked was posted is not customer facing at the moment.
Essentially, you can use the following expression to display on the first dilution factor in your table's column: =Choose(1,Split(First(sample_dilution factor),";"))
This was also outlined in a previous customer question on the Community here: selecting only one diluition factor in report style?
I got an error when I used your Expression.
When I used the one from the post earlier, it worked
=Choose(1, Split(Sample_Multipliers, ";"))
Thank you very much again
Wait I was wrong.
Im still trieing to fix it.
I update it if I found the problem
Ok found my error.
=Choose(1, Split(Sample_DilutionFactors, ";")) <== This is the solution for it
