What operating system are you running? We are aware of an issue with Windows 7 involving some windows updates. Are you running Windows 7?
yes, we use Windows 7 Professional, SP1. At the Installation date of new Masshunter acquisition the technician update Windows too.
Do you know what update of Windows was the bad.
The Q-TOF Acquisition Worklist script defect can be resolved by applying all Microsoft Inc. Important and Optional Window 7 updates, as recommended in the 6500 Series Q-TOF Installation Manual.
If the acquisition computer cannot be updated with all Microsoft Inc. Important and Optional Window 7 updates, the following steps will resolve the defect:
Ensure the following Windows Update is installed
This update is pre-installed on the Agilent Z440 TOF/Q-TOF Workstation and can be verified through the Windows Control Panel / Programs / Programs and Features / Installed Updates.
Install the following Microsoft Inc. Important Windows Updates provided on the MassHunter Acquisition for 6200 and 6500 Series TOF / QTOF / IM-QTOF B.08.00 (8058) DVD, located in the Support\Windows_Updates subdirectory:
The post-acquisition Worklist scripts require the following additional Important Windows Update to execute. This update requires to be installed using “Run as Administrator.”:
This Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 for x64-based Systems (KB954430) cannot be uninstalled.
Navigate to Windows 7 Services and Disable the following service
WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service
When the above steps have been the completed, the Worklist Scripts will execute as expected.

I belive thats is not the coal. It doesn't work. All other scrips are working. Only the switch off seal wash is corrupt.
In your description above only step 4 was not deactivated. I deactivated it but nothing helps.
