Newer bundled systems should ship with this disk and would also include an authorization code to make it available in your subscribenet account when registered. Have you checked you subscribenet account to see it appears in your available products to order and/or download? If not, I would recommend you contact Agilent support (Contact Us | Agilent ) and they should be able to help get you the disk.
