The first thing to check would be the Agilent OpenLab Instrument Service properties, as outlined in this other post: OpenLAB CDS not automatically printing reports.
Please let us know if you need any further help after following those steps.
I forwarded your message to the IT department.
They say, that the printer is just connected over the network, without a print server.
Even if we logon to the Windows System via Domain Authentification.
Our Open Labs 2.1 using the internal Authentification. Not over the Domain.
Do you have any other ways to solve this problem ?

These instructions still apply. The Agilent OpenLab Instrument Service still requires the credentials of a windows user who has access to the network printer you wish to use. Below is the relevant section from the Agilent OpenLab CDS Workstation Plus guide's Post Installation Tasks:
This is the only way to set up automatic printing during acquisition.
