Goodmorning to everybody,
I'm trying to validate an HPLC method for the analysis of curcuminoids in a dietary supplement preparation.
I read lot of papers (and ICH guidelines) about validation but I can't understand how to ensure linearity, some of you could help me?
The excpected amount of curcuminoids is 250mg in 868 mg of sample.
Linearity can be achieved through running of different known concentration of reference material. It can't be ensured by running sample due to recovery problem. I think you can made different concentrations from reference material and run on sample and then simply draw regression line. If correlation coefficient is more than 99% then linearity of your instrument and the worker is ok.
