From the error message it looks like the *.acaml fie that stores the result set's meta data might have gotten corrupted when the software crashed.
What revision of OpenLAB CDS 2.x are you running? Is it possible for you to attach your result set to a reply so we can take a look? Or you can contact your local Agilent support team (Contact Us | Agilent ) to have them look at your result set if you are unable to post it on the Community.

Hello! Could it be that the data was somehow manually (maybe incorrect / partially) copied using for example Windows explorer?
The 2nd Message indicates this. Copy of data in teh explorer is not supported. You need to use the Create New Result Set function for copying data by creating a new result set (available since I think 2.1, in Processing tab of DA).
