In addition to Rob's post above, you can do the following to make it so that only one multiplier/ dilution factor is shown:
To choose the value you require...
Here is the command typed out for you:
=Choose(1, Split(Sample_Multipliers, ";"))
It should give you only the first multiplier. For dilution factor, it would be:
=Choose(1, Split(Sample_DilutionFactors, ";"))
