Deconvolute Error

Hello -

I'm Using Agilent MassHunter Qualitative Analysis B.06.00.  I'm trying to run the Deconvolute (Protein) method for my selected user spectra, and I keep running into an error message that says "MS profile data required. Cannot perform Maximum Entropy Deconvolution."  This is the first time I've seen this error message - I've processed this file before, so I'm not sure why I can't do this again.  Is there a way to check if my file is in the Centroid form and convert back to Profile?

For reference, here's my actions:

- Extract TIC (MS level)

- Integrate Chromatogram

- Peak Select - double click to bring up MS Spectrum results

- Deconvolution
