Our data analysis suddenly won't come up. it writes "sorry, a system error has occurred. see log file... (which are accessed through windows)..
Anyone has an idea why..?
It seems the issue is resolved.
Chemstation e.02.02 crashed while executing a macro DRS file.
the file was never the less created but, in retrospective, was corrupted.. and whenever we try to open data analysis it tried to open that file and gave said error.
We will need more information before we being to address this issue.
You said that you are using ChemStation software, but there are multiple software products that you might be referring to. Do you know whether this is MSD ChemStation, OpenLAB ChemStation, UV ChemStation, or an older LC or GC ChemStation software? Do you know what revision of ChemStation you are using? What operating system is it installed on?
Is the error that you are seeing referring to a specific log file? If so, what log file? Are you able to send that to us?
Thank you for the update. I went ahead and marked your reply outlining the solution as the Correct Answer. I also added tags to this post to make it easier for other users to search for.
Let us know if there is anything else we might be able to help with.
We are experiencing the same issue with our Chemstation Data Analysis software. Would you be able to elaborate where you able to address the corrupt macro? Did you need to re-install?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
