Calibration Curve Reprocessing Glitch Help

I have been having a very strange issue that I'm not sure is a glitch within the program or if there is something I have set on here that I shouldn't have. When I create a calibration curve with data, in order to use it to calculate concentrations of my samples I have to reprocess, but when I reprocess it changes the area of my first calibration level and screws up my calculations and cal curve. Here are photos of what is happening:

Before reprocessing, note calibration level 1 area is 1802 and that cal curve has 0.99978 correlation.

After reprocessing data, calibration level 1's area has somehow changed to 2345, my correlation is not good, and the equation of my cal curve is no longer accurate. It will also calculate results in my report based off this equation, so I get bad results and have to calculate everything in excel based on areas and the equation it gives before reprocessing.

Any help on how to fix this issue?
