This calculation can be performed on an intelligent report. Since you would need to pull information from multiple data files to perform the calculation, this would need to be set up as a sequence summary report.

An important section for you to reference would be Calculation Variables (begins on page 139). I suspect that you will need to store the peak areas in your standards as a variable that you can then call in a custom calculation.
in discussion with the laboratory, we checked to summarize the formula. But when entering the intelligent report we can not apply the proposed formula, could help me, we are having difficulty pulling the concentration values of the concentration and the answers of the standard

Where exactly are you running into issues? Are you able to post screenshots of how you are attempting to set up the calculation in your intelligent report? The concentrations/amounts of the compounds in your samples and standards should be getting calculated the compounds have valid calibration curves saved in your method.
It is tough for me to tell whether expression you are using to display the concentration of your compounds on your report is correct as your EZChrom is in a different language.
You showed in a screenshot that you have your compounds entered into your method's peak table, but I cannot determine from your screenshots whether or not these compounds have valid calibration curves. If you click on 'Review Calibration' do you see calibration curves for all of your compounds?
