We are currently experiencing problems with our Agilent GCMS stopping part way through a run reporting that it was unable to connect to a printer. The printer in question is a network one so even if it is switched off the print would go to the print server. The strange thing is that during runs where this error was not encountered there was nothing actually printed anyway. The methods are the same for each run and only the sample sequence changes. The users involved are only able to edit the list of samples in the sequences and do not have the required access to the software to edit methods. is anyone else having similar issues or have any idea what could be causing the problem?
