Re: It's possible to report the calibration curve area vs amount in the inteligent report? How i can?

Hello Isaac. Please post the type of software you are using, along with its revision number. Help > About in most softwares will give you this information. If you could, also post a screenshot of the graph you are seeing in your report.
What you are referring to as response is indeed peak area if you are using area-based quantitation. The alternative would be peak height, although that is much less commonly used. Both are considered “response” because they are different ways of quantifying the response of the detector. So, in other words, the calibration curve graph you are seeing is likely already displaying what you want it to.

Hi Isaac, it looks like you're seeing the default label. Again, response is in fact area. To get the label to show, change the properties of the calibration curve element:
In your report in the Report Layout view, right-click on your calibration curve element and choose Properties.
Then, choose Response Axis and clear the Use Label checkbox:
If you clear the Use Label check box, the default label as set in the sample data will be used, which corresponds to the curve model and Response Factor definition that you used for calibration. So, again, if your quantitation is set for area, that's what should show up on your curve graph.
