Hi Roy,
What model autosampler do you have? There are external and internal autosamplers.
Do you have a G1330B external chiller? This works on several samplers: G4226X, G1329X, G1367X
Or the G7129X and G7167X have internal. chillers that can be added

roy_milouot Jan 11, 2018 12:52 AM (in response to jhagel)Hi jhagel
Our autosampler model is G4226A.
No external chiller..
So, you say this model has an internal chiller? how do I access it? can't seem to find where are the settings for it.
we're using MH LC/MS data acquisition version B.05.01
Thanks in advance,
Roy

Hi Roy,
This model does not have an internal chiller. You will need to order a G1330B. It sits directly below the sampler. Once it is connected you will be able to set the temperature from 4-40 degrees C.

1 person found this helpfulThe Cooler section is in the Advanced method parameters of the autosampler in Acquisition.
Note that the specific temperature must be set to at least 5 degrees.
If you don't see it there make sure the thermostat is configured with the sampler. See slides below....
