6850 Oven Temperature Ramp Issues

We are having issues with our 6850, if a ramp (°C/min) exceeds 30°C/min the oven temperature lags being starting at 108°C, by the time the oven temperature set point reaches ~200°C the actual final oven temperature differs by ~30°C.    

The retention time of the compounds did not change as they all come out before the ramp starts. Based on the consistency of the runs I think that if we had a compound with a RT within the ramp it might not change. Further testing is needed to confirm.

I ran one sample six times for each method, here are the results:
