Export of data from Unknowns Analysis?

    jonsun

I looked around but failed to find anything useful. Is there somehow possible to export results/data from SureMass-deconvolution/ID in Unknowns Analysis for further processing and or statistical analysis (besides .CEF-format)?

In addition to running a script to get a ,CEF file you can export the Component/hits to a library (.mslibrary.xml format), .CSV file or Quant method.  To do this go to the "Components" window, pull up the right click menu. and select "Export".  Then look to the "Export to:" drop-down to select the export format..
