Is there any way I can get Peak/Compound table as a drop down in report parameters & use the user selection as a filter for particular table in IR reporting
Thanks & Regards
rajesdeo This feature is on my todo list for a future release for a while now. I'm looking for a fixed list of dynamically filled report parameter (as single or multi select box. This could be : Sequence name, Sample Name, Compound Name.
I'm not so sure about peaks - in a sequence summary or even cross sequence summary the list would simple be too long.... and there ae no means to correctly "link" not identified peaks across injections.
Can't tell you today when we be able to add this feature, but i's on the list.
This is a very nice idea...
I remember I discussed this with another colleague, and I would say: yes, it should be possible, but haven't tried this yet.
Let me check this for you and will get back to you ASAP.
Have you tried this.
Thanks & regards
I just wanted to follow up with you to see if you still needed any help answering this question. If so, please let us know and we would be happy to continue working with you.
Also, I added tags to this thread to make it easier to search.
It would be great if you can help me in this case. This is still pending & I am using workaround as allowing users to type the comound name in report parameters. But it creates errors many times if any spelling mistakes.
Unfortunately, I am not finding any good way to do this in an IR. Hopefully ir_nerd has been able to find something and can back to us.
If we are not able to come up with anything, would you mind sharing your work around on this thread?
I went ahead and marked this thread as "Assumed Answered".
