what does the RT difference mean in masshunter？

HI Agilent TS, i have a question about MH and need your kindly help.

what does the RT difference mean in masshunter quantitative analysis in compound results column？

it is not (sample RT-expected RT)?

for example, i update the RT with 7.8332，the other samples‘s RT dif. are showed in the picture.

it is not the difference time between sample RT and expected RT. 0.0014!=7.8333-7.8332, how does it get this value?

Is there any available columns for this value(RTreal- RTexpected) in MH quantitative analysis

Hi nkmesong , In MassHunter Quant the RT Diff. column displays the difference between the expected retention time of a compound and the average of the observed retention time for the quantifier ion and all qualifier ions. There is currently no option to display the difference between the expected retention time and the retention time of only the quantifier ion.
