I am in the process of validating our Agilent 7820A/5977B GCMS system with Masshunter software for the purposes of GLP. I am having to define the raw data and metadata in the system that is to be archived following a study. Is there a list of filenames and what they are associated to in the software? E.g. what is the file .macaml for and what file format is the audit trail held in etc?
