Hello,
Currently, SureCall software is not compatible with Linux OS. SureCall is currently supported on Windows/Mac only. In case if the customer wants to use the software they can use the Java-based command-line tool (AGeNT) for the trimming and de-duping the data on their Linux machine. Please note that this tool can only be used for the trimming and de-duping (deduplication) only and does not have an end to end integrated workflow capacity like SureCall. This tool does not have features like variants calling, Aligning the data, etc.
