ICP-MS - Change User Access Control - Admin Access Denied

Question

Hello,

I am admin for ICP-MS we are using Agilent 7800 ICP-MS and I am unable to Change User Access Control Settings - it says You Do Not Have Permission. I have added all admin rights within the Software as well as added my username to all local admin groups and still cannot access the Change User Access Control Settings.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Are you a member of the ICPMHAdmin group? please check in groups if you are a member.

also check the "MassHunter Workstation User Access Control Pack" that's delivered with the UAC package for any details on this.
