Good day,

I wanted to ask a question about the IMG-100 NW25 high vacuum sensor.

As you can see in the photo, several sensors are installed on the experimental vacuum chamber, and they show different values under the same vacuum conditions.

Question:

1) Do you have any methodology for checking or calibrating the IMG-100 NW25 high vacuum sensor and the VARIAN XGS-600 vacuum gauge?

2) Is it possible to check the sensor through resistance? If yes, what should be the resistance parameters for the IMG-100 NW25 high-vacuum sensor to show certain pressures?

3) The sent document on cleaning the sensor says to soak the sensor in the solvent recommended for the specific chemical. Is there any universal solvent that will not damage the sensor?
