Turbo Pump TPH 2301 and TriScroll 600

I have a vacuum application question.

I have 2 TPH 2301 turbos pumping on an ion chamber with a maximum 20 sccm H2 flow.

Is a single TriScroll 600 able to maintain adequate maximum continuous backing pressure for both turbos?
