ChemMain.exe Login

Hello,

I'm having trouble accessing ChemMain.exe. When I try to launch it, a login window appears requesting credentials (server, username, and password).

Does anyone know how I can access the application or where I can obtain the necessary login credentials?

    Hello,

    It looks like you have setup some form of authentication, likely from the screenshot, windows domain authentication or the local computer users. Do you have any options under the "Log on to:" drop down? You might ask the person that setup the system if they activated authentication. Can you open the control panel software? You could talk to your local Agilent support and request they reset the passwords if the users are internal or at least find out what user accounts are configured.
