HPLC with Chemstation Sampler not ready

It is hard to say from the information provided what the problem might be in this case. If you place your cursor over the yellow box next to the not ready in the autosampler window you should get a tooltip pop up with more information on the cause of the not ready. Do you have a temp control module on the autosampler? Did you activate the sample prep section of the method and not add an injection step?

I can answer the some of your questions No, i don't have temperature controlin autosampler. In general, all modules were ready before the sequence was released.

In the method, I can choose whether the injection is ALS or manual. Of course, I chose ALS. When writing a method, do I have to activate the sample prep section somewhere? In the autosampler tab?
