You should be able to go to the link below to see the CDS 2.x supported instruments. I do not see that AS on the list. It does look like a CTC PAL which we do control, but you would likely need to talk to Shimadzu to see if it can be controlled as such. I assume you are using OpenLab CDS 2.x and not OpenLab EZChrom.
