You should be able to use the instructions from the older versions we just dropped support for the migration tool. I do not know what version of Chemstation you have now, but the 2 older guides still apply for the manual process. It also depends on if you are moving to a file based or secure workstation version of CDS. The 2.8 secure workstation no longer has FTP data transfer into the content manger. I am assuming you have a file based CDS install, if so you should be able to use the manual process to migrate the data. Just ignore any references to the migration tool in the pdf guides.
