I am trying to make a cross sequence report in OpenLab CDS 2.5. Where results from multiple sequences with the same sample label are combined in 1 table. Currently if I create a report it automatically repeats per sequence instead of combining the results in 1 table

Did you start with an existing report, or did you create a new report? I do not think any of the canned report templates are cross sequence, they are all single sequence summary reports. You would need to create a new cross sequence summary report.
