I have a problem with our HPLC chemstation generating the report as PDF. I copy pasted the settings from our other HPLC which generates the pdf report successfully, but the problem still persist. After the run is completed, onenote tries to open eventhoug adobe acrobate reader is the default program.
Please advise!

Hello,
Chemstation relies on a program PDF-XChange to create PDF files. You should see a Chemstation PDF printer in your list of printers. If pdf files are not being created at all by Chemstation there may be an issue with that software installation. It can be reinstalled separately, but you might need to contact your local support group for help with that process. You can try printing directly to that printer to see if it works inside Chemstation.
