Is this a workstation or client server install? It is hard to tell where the issue is from the screenshot. I would assume there is some issue with the backend data storage for the selected project. We would need a lot more details about the issue to really give any cause. I would suggest opening a ticket with the local Agilent support group for this issue.

Good afternoon, the problem occurs on a client PC, from local support they told us that when we tried to open it while it was running and that there the file was corrupted and they did not tell us anything else.
