Custom calculation using average of summed isomers

Hello,

Are you having an issue summing the isomer peaks or getting the average? Is the average between isomer peaks in the same injection or the same peaks between injections?

Its the same 2 peaks in each injection. I'm currently trying to get the calculations to work by having them as a named group and averaging the compound area. Unfortunately, I don't know how to have this only take the average of the system suit injections. What I have to average the named group

CurrentSequence.AllPeaksAndGroupsByName("X").Select(function(x) x.Compound_Area).Average

Where X is the named group

The CC below should work at peak or group scope and type double. You will need to replace the compound name with your group name.

CurrentSequence.AllPeaksAndGroups.Where(function (x) x.Compound_Name = "Peak A").Where(function (x) x.Injection.Sample.Sample_Type= 7).Select(function(x) x.Compound_Area).average
