Is it possible to force the CDS software to calculate the values for compounds with qualifiers out of range without removing the qualifier ions or modifying the qualifier criteria in the method? Is there an ideal setting for this parameter?

Hello,
What version of CDS software are you using?
Marty
I am on 2.5, is this something that is fixed on the latest upgrade?
Hello,
It was fixed in CDS 2.5 update 03.

Is there a tutorial on how to do updates? I found some instructions on the readme file but I don't know how to make sure the workstation is backed up.
Hello,
The install instructions are in the update read-me. You can find backup instructions in the admin guide on your software media. The other option is to have your IT do a full image the PC before you run the update. Typically, the updates are safe to do for a customer.

I do not see a backup tool utility.
Hello.
CDS 2.5 did not have a backup utility for file-based workstations. I have attached the workstation and workstation plus guides for CDS 2.5. Do you know if your system is a file-based workstation or a workstation plus. The backup and restore utility for CDS 2.4 and 2.5 was an add-on install not part of the base installation.
