Are you using the OpenLab CDS software or Chemstation? If you are using OpenLab CDS you would need to setup compounds in the peak table using the masses in question as signals to get the software to auto extract chromatograms. DAD has an auto extract table for wavelengths but not MS data. If this is OpenLab CDS the help and learning has start up guides for creating processing methods.
