Hello Community,
For context, my lab had been running on Openlab Chemstation C.01.06 for years on Win 7 and 8 without any issues. With our new IT policy implemented, we had to move to Win 11 and about 10 PCs were upgraded to Openlab Chemstation LTS1.11. Ever since the upgrade, at least 3 times a week, the offline on these PC would just close by itself after a few seconds of showing a spinning circle. Reviewing the logbook, none was recorded for the event. That's for the offline. For the online, again few times a week, .NET error showed up and forced to restart the online as below. The details can be found in the attached error.txt.
Would anyone encounter the same and advise how to fix this please ?
